Automotive Sales Professional
Nissan of Lumberton is offering YOU a CAREER as a Sales Representative with a company that ALWAYS puts honesty and integrity first. The Auto Industry is enjoying another strong year. Sales are up all over the country and we have experienced a HUGE increase in demand for our products. As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to hire several Sales Representatives immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and features of vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right car that meets their requirements
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
- Coordinate with the service department for vehicle delivery and post-sales support
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and management
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using technology for sales tracking and customer management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
