Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and vehicle issues, providing empathetic and helpful assistance.
Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive service estimates, considering parts, labor, and potential timeframes.
Collaborate with our skilled technicians to schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance work, ensuring efficient and timely service completion.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service recommendations.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, including any unexpected delays or changes to the service plan.
Coordinate the pickup and delivery of vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Uphold our shop's reputation for excellence by ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their service experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or related customer service role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive terminology, repair processes, and maintenance practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers with their automotive needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using computer software for creating estimates, tracking service history, and communicating with customers.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
