Kia of Huntington, a reputable car dealership located in Huntington, NY, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Biller. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a crucial role in accurately processing and documenting automotive sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process automotive sales transactions, including preparing invoices and documentation for vehicle purchases.
- Calculate and verify accurate prices, taxes, fees, and discounts for each transaction.
- Submit necessary paperwork to financial institutions for loan approvals and prepare contracts for customers.
- Coordinate with sales staff and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of billing-related tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions in compliance with dealership and legal requirements.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and changes related to automotive billing practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the billing process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive billing or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations and data entry.
- Familiarity with automotive billing processes, including taxes, fees, and financing options.
- Proficient in using billing software and computer systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and customers.
- Knowledge of dealership and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential customer information.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible hours.
- Weekend availability is a must.
- The role will primarily be based in an office environment within the dealership.
- Occasional interaction with customers may be required.
