Automotive Service Appointment Scheduling/ Dispatcher
Langway Chevrolet Volkswagen of Manchester is currently seeking out a Service Advisor, for our rapidly growing service department! Candidate should be organized, energetic, and team oriented. Candidate must have previous Customer Service skills. We would prefer to hire candidates with parts and service experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening. Previous employer and personal references required.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
**AUTOMATE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and set up customer appointments
- Scheduling of appointments of Service customers
- Greet customers on arrival
- Obtain customer email and contact information, collect vehicle information
- Assist Service Advisors and Manager in other duties needed.
**AUTOMATE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED**
