Automotive Reconditioning Associate

Position objective:
The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to follow instructions and be energetic. A prior knowledge of cars/trucks as well as being detailed oriented would also be beneficial. The recon associate is responsible for final quality and professional check of our fleet. You must have a valid driver's license, provide a clean MVR (moto vehicle record), and willing to complete a background check through the Bureau of Criminal Investigations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing damage on returned vehicles
- Reviewing repair estimates
- Processing paperwork
- Corresponding with both customers and vendors via email and phone
- Ensure our location is always welcoming to customers
- Follows safety rules and regulations
- Assist with any other duties assigned
Skills and Experience
- Highly organized and good time management
- Highly attentive to details
- Punctual and dependable
- General computer/Microsoft experience
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Valid Driver's license
- Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires
- Must have automotive experience/knowledge
