As an Automotive Cashier at Patriot Auto Group, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions in our dealership. You will be responsible for handling cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and transactions using the dealership's point of sale system
- Handle cash with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and concerns regarding payments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Requirements
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using point of sale systems and cash handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
