• 
  Oversee collision repairs, manage employees and daily body shop operations
• Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards
• Manage and schedule work for body shop employees
• Check quality of completed work
• Maximize profit and control expenses
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies
• Maintain shop equipment in good working condition
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Experienced Collision Center Manager:

• Required: Collision Center Management experience
• Team builder with ability to motivate staff to achieve goals
• Thorough knowledge of collision repair process including quality standards
• I-CAR / ASE Certification is a plus!
• Good leadership, computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
