Auto Body Technician
Job Summary
We are either seeking a combo guy or a highly skilled body guy. The ideal candidate would be quality oriented and able to handle large jobs from start to finish. Our shop is a little different. Everyone is hourly and often times we share jobs (our frame guy might pull and metal finish, you might do the mechanical, bondo, and de-trim, and our painters may block it and re-prime if needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and refinishing tasks.
- Identify supplements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to auto body work.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in auto painting processes and materials is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
