We are seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Coordinator/Manager to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
## Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement and manage care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Uphold resident rights and promote independence and dignity
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders, as well input medication orders and comply with State regulations and policies.
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
## Requirements
- Experience or certification in senior care, nursing home, or related field preferred
-Personnel management, hiring, and training caregivers under Administrator/Nurse supervision.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of long-term care principles and practices
- Leadership qualities to guide and support caregivers, schedules, and residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
