Our Assisted Living Facility is looking for a hard working and compassionate Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing include directing and overseeing the nursing staff and overall nursing operations.
Duties include:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing include directing and overseeing the nursing staff and overall nursing operations.
Duties include:
- Evaluating and directing all nursing employees,
- Establishing goals for the nursing department and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.
- Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures.
- Resolve issues and decencies when needed.
- Manage record-keeping procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations.
- Degree in nursing; RN or LPN.
- Prior DON experience is highly preferred
- 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience required
Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
