The Karr Group seeks an Assistant Operations Manager for the Pickle Barrel Nightclub to lead the dynamic team behind the house that rocks Killington!
The Assistant Operations Manager assists the Nightclub Manager with day-to-day operations by managing staff and resources to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Responsibilities include managing inventory, equipment, and facilities, ensuring safety and quality standards, training staff, coordinating scheduling, and leading front- and back-of-house operations—all while fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere focused on guest experience and team success.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills and be able to handle tense situations with ease. You must also have a solid understanding of food and beverage service techniques, sales strategies, and responsible alcohol service. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and supervise a dynamic team
Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and front- and back-of-house activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold hospitality standards
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts
Promote a positive and fun work environment

Qualifications

Conflict management skills
Experience in beverage sales and service
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of nightclub operations and industry trends
