Nightclub Host/Security

The iconic Pickle Barrel Nightclub is seeking dedicated Hosts/Security to join our dynamic team! As a Host, you'll play an important role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. Your responsibilities will include checking IDs for proper age verification, monitoring the crowd, ensuring guest safety, and addressing any inappropriate behavior.
You'll work closely with your team to enforce state liquor laws and maintain cleanliness throughout the night. The Pickle Barrel Nightclub is Killington’s favorite late-night destination, operating on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, with occasional events on Wednesdays or Sundays during the winter season.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts.
Familiarity with responsible alcohol service.
A commitment to upholding hospitality standards for an unforgettable guest experience.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
