Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Drive sales through product knowledge and effective merchandising
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling of employees
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in wireless sales and retail math concepts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience:
