- Experienced Tree Climber – Minimum of 2 years climbing and working in tree care.
- Safety-First Mindset – You understand the importance of proper rigging, safety equipment, and techniques.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong Communication – Comfortable working as part of a team and providing clear instructions.
- Certification (preferred but not required) – ISA Certified Arborist, CDL, First Aid/CPR, or similar credentials.
- Climbing trees for pruning, removals, and other tree care services.
- Utilizing ropes, rigging, and climbing gear to safely access and manage trees.
- Providing high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused service.
- Working with ground crew to ensure smooth and safe operations.
