Application Specialist
Summary
The Applications Specialists are a key part of the Sales process. The Applications team supports the sales team by producing print samples and providing printing support to customers and our engineering departments. Ideal candidates will be able to learn all three disciplines of printing, will be creative problem-solvers, have a customer service focus, and are detail oriented with record keeping.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
· Produce customer requested print samples on a timely basis to demonstrate the quality of our products and the range of production choices that could be made to achieve various print quality levels
· Create temporary fixtures as required to facilitate production of customer samples
· Produce generic print samples as needed to provide sales group with appropriate tools to show the quality of EPS consumable products
· Perform demonstrations of our equipment & software both virtually and in-person
· Produce color profiles using RIP and 3rd party software to achieve desired color gamut
· Provide phone & e-mail support and training to our customers, salespeople, and field support staff on the selection and use of EPS printing equipment, RIP software, and supplies
· Provide overflow support to produce pad print samples if needed and when caught up on producing WF print samples
· Consult with and assist Production Technicians as they prepare machines for customer FAT’s and shipments
· Works with Production and Engineering to test and critique design of machine fixtures.
· Reports all customer interactions in customer management feature of Salesforce.
There may be some opportunity for travel.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
