Web Application Developer Tech Services

This role must be located in-office, at the headquarters for Sibcy Cline, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.

At Sibcy Cline, the Web Application Developer works as part of a team that designs,develops, and maintains public facing and internal websites, web applications, APIs, and varioussoftwareproducts and services on behalf of Sibcy Cline in collaboration with various business owners and third parties.

Write clean, scalable, well documented code following established coding standards.
Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding web applications.
Ensure proper testing and deployment strategies to minimize downtime during new code releases.
Create and organize user requirements from various business stakeholders to assist in project planning and delivery.
Collaborate with other members of the team and third-party resources for effective delivery of features and applications for our users.
Willingness to assist with IT Support related activities when it involves web applications or needing to cover other team members due to help desk queue.

Some experience highly preferred with .NET, React JS, Java Script, CSS, HTML, Graph QL, Node JS, package managers
Experience with API development
Experience in Responsive Design
Familiarity with version control, Git, branching
Comfortable in legacy code bases as well as new greenfield development
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent communication skills
Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
Lifelong learner, always investigating new ways to better systems and processes
Comfortable working in both Mac OS and Windows environments

Work Context
Web Application Developers work collaboratively as a team to foster an agile environment that accommodates the web application needs of Sibcy Cline. Additionally, Web Application Developers must be able to communicate projects at all levels of the organization. Employees occasionally work outside of core business hours as needed. Employees may be required to lift equipment.
