Agency Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Agency Account Manager. As an Agency Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance needs
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Assist in new business and cross sell opportunities
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Skills:
- Willing to obtain all required insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, and Health)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus
- Sales or call center experience is beneficial but not required
