Position Overview: We seek an Independent Nurse Injector who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and improvement of our company. This role involves not only performing high-quality aesthetic treatments but also playing a key role in developing and enhancing your own venture from the ground up.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Position Overview: We seek an Independent Nurse Injector who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and improvement of our company. This role involves not only performing high-quality aesthetic treatments but also playing a key role in developing and enhancing your own venture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aesthetic Treatments: Administer injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, Iv hydration, facial aesthetic procedures, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- System Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance clinic procedures and systems, contributing innovative solutions to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Process Development: Help create and implement new protocols, procedures, and best practices to optimize clinic operations and patient care.
- Patient Experience: Provide exceptional patient consultations, education, and follow-up, ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the spa team to ensure cohesive service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Training: Support and train new staff members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License: Valid and unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
- Experience: Proven experience in aesthetic treatments, with a strong background in injectables and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills in performing injectables, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving needs and challenges.
