Advertising Sales Representative
The Minot Daily News is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space to local businesses. You will work closely with clients to develop customized advertising solutions that meet their marketing needs and budget.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Present advertising proposals to clients and negotiate rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate ad placement
- Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the newspaper
- Proven track record of success in advertising sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
