TRUST SIXTH FORM TRANSFORMATION LEAD Salary: L20 – L25 (£79,475 - £89,830 pro rata, per annum) Contract: Permanent Start Date: January 2025 Unity Schools Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust of 39 schools, with approval to open four further special and primary schools in the near future. The ambition of Unity Schools Partnership is to achieve a step change in the quality of education provided by primary, secondary and special schools and that its schools are achieving top quartile performance by 2028. The trust expects its work to be characterised by ethical leadership, an ambition for improvement at pace and the expectation that remarkable change can happen. This exciting new role will work with Headteachers and senior leaders in each of the sixth forms in Unity Schools Partnership to build on the launch of the Unity 6 offer. The four sixth forms are located in Felixstowe, Haverhill, Romford and Sudbury. This role will also be part of the essential team leading on our innovative Unity &i Learn 6 i Pad project which provides the opportunity for learning to accelerate within and outside of the classroom and links between the schools to deepen further. You will work with each school's leadership team to increase the size of the sixth forms and set and achieve high standards and outcomes for all Level 3 academic and vocational subjects, share best practice between schools and subjects and drive improvement. You will also provide support and guidance to teachers and leaders and help them develop their skills and knowledge ensuring high quality personal development delivers an excellent sixth form experience for all students.
