Job Overview
We’re looking for awesome people to join our front of house team in our Belfast branch. Real Living Wage - up to £12ph (16-20Hours)
THE ROLE
Ambassadors of the brand you will be at the forefront of our Belfast operation. Working together with a kick ass team you will deliver our burgers and beer with the best possible service, whilst educating the city about our products.
THE TEAM
You will be led by a passionate and creative management team alongside other teams within the site. We believe strongly in a united workforce where everyone shares responsibilities.
THE RIGHT PERSON
An enthusiastic and passionate team player who believes in and understands how to deliver the possible customer experience. Knowledge of craft beer and the industry is requested but not essential, however it is required that you have previous experience within a customer facing role.
Responsibilities

• Taking Food and Drink orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Front of house and dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting with their needs.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage time effectively to meet service demands during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Basic barista skills and an understanding of cocktail preparation techniques.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
