We currently have an opportunity available for a full time, permanent position as a Packing Team Leader Monday to Friday.
The Role
The role of the Team Leader is to support the Head of Production and Production Supervisors in ensuring the smooth running of the Production Department to deliver Quality and Quantity on time every time.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs

• Delivering agreed production plan as designated by the Head of Production.
• Increase the output on machines.
• Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain production and meet agreed targets.

Nature and scope of responsibilities
Support to: Production Supervisor
Direct Supports: General Operatives
The role holder is responsible for:

• Ensure that products are meeting spec.
• Ensure that production process is carried out correctly.
• Ensure the care and safe operation of equipment.
• Reporting to Supervisor on handover of shift.
• Assisting QA team in completing paperwork.
• Supporting Technical team on enforcing food safety.
• Individual workflow and task delivery.

Criteria:

• At least 1 years production experience
• Can-do attitude
• Team player

The role holder may from time to time be required to undertake reasonable additional or other duties as are necessary to meet the needs of the business.
