Were are looking for an experienced individual to take on a Supervisory role to assist one of the Co-owners of the business with the operational side of things. Someone to support the management team in the daily tasks of the business management. Outgoing person who can maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times, are able to boost staff moral, not afraid of getting their hands dirty to lead by example! Ability to organise events such as Baby-showers, Anniversaries, Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, as well speciality evenings in the restaurant once a month. Experience in staff rota's. Great knowledge of social media marketing & great at taking creative shots & videos of food & drink. A vibrant person who thrives to deliver excellent customer service. Someone who is a team player, motivated and reliable. Passionate team member who pays great attention to detail. Experience in outside catering to help expand this growing side of the business. Someone with outstanding communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front of house environment & have excellent barista skills. Comfortable with stock takes, ordering, knowledge in EHO / level2 certificate in food hygien, knowledge of COSHH (guidance and training will be given). What are the benefits?
