Location: Grangemouth INEOS Site Contract Type: Full Time Closing Date: 15.11.24 The Opportunity As a Kaefer Site Administrator, you will provide support to the Onsite Kaefer Project Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: > Preparation and submission of time sheets to Client and Payroll > Maintain holiday trackers. > Liaison with the Training Coordinator to book training and maintain training records. > Raising purchase requisitions and tracking orders. > Collation of hours and material costs > Input into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing > Upkeep of records necessary to maintain industry accreditations. > Preparatory Activities for Onboarding New Starts on projects. > General Office Administration Duties to support site team as Required. > Site Vehicle information/Details Upkeeping. > Inputting Safety Data from Site forms, JFA and Toolbox Talks into database. > Arranging and Booking Travel/Accommodation requirements for training/work visits. The Person The ideal candidate will have a proactive, flexible approach to their work while conforming and inspiring others to work in accordance with KAEFER values and code of business conduct. The person should be computer literate with good excel skills. They will also have a proven record of working in administration for medium to large organisations. Individual to preferably had experience on site working within a project team. Desirable Qualifications: > NVQ3 Business Administration > GCSE Maths and English Why KAEFER?
