Order Processor- Part Time, Evening, On-site ( NOT REMOTE)

Part time Evening Sales Order Processor - Onsite
Our bakery team work nightshift starting 6 nights a week at 10pm. As we only bake to order we need to be able to provide the bakers full production reports and customer orders at the start of their shift so they know what to bake. Customers phone in orders from noon daily for next day delivery. These are recorded as voicemails and emails.
This role would be to take be onsite in the bakery and take those orders off the phone and emails and put them into our production system Cybake. Once entered you print next-day reports which include: production reports, packing and slicing reports and customer delivery notes.
You need to have a good ear for taking details off the phone and an excellent attention to detail as you take the orders from the phone and input into the system, as errors result in products not being made and unhappy customers the following day.
The key hours of the role would be approximately 4-6pm to 10-11pm two evenings per week, which may include Sunday night. (This will vary and can be open to discussion.)
In addition if you were interested we may be offer some additional day time office work. Hours available available 8am to 2pm for the right candidate. We can accommodate school hours.
We are totally flexible and willing to work with the right candidate.
This requires someone who is methodical, has good listening skills, a good memory and attention to detail.
We have our own production system and full training would be provided and you will shadow an order processor for 3-4 weeks until comfortable processing on your own.
The role is performed in the bakery by yourself so the job holder would be a key holder and have their own transport. Full phone support will always be provided for any queries every night.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
