Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance management skills.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Help organise schedules and manage appointments efficiently.
- Utilise Excel for reporting and data analysis as required.
- Engage with customers and clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their functions and how they contribute to the organisation's success.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on maintaining professionalism.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software is advantageous.
