Senior E-Commerce Executive

Senior Ecommerce Executive
Linwoods is a leading manufacturer and supplier of healthy food products and food ingredients. Our purpose is to enhance people’s health and wellbeing by providing sustainable healthy food.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce technical and web related sales growth. The candidate should offer analytical and technical skills and be proficient in the use of online sales systems and techniques.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the E-commerce Manager to implement the overall online sales strategy.
2. The administration of the company's websites from content uploading to order processing.
3. Administration of 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon and e Bay.
4. Supporting the management of our CRM system to deal with customer orders & queries
5. Use of analytical software to help create reports on the website's overall technical and sales performance
6. Implementation and building of campaigns across multiple digital channels
7. Liaising with other departments to develop a holistic approach to increasing online sales
8. Implementation of SEO strategies
9. Implementation of email campaigns using marketing platforms such as Mailchimp & Klavyio
10. Administration of our Affiliate Network across multiple channels
11. Administration of our distribution process using web-based order processing and fulfilment tools
Desirable criteria:
· Evidence of successful SEO strategy implementation.
· Working knowledge and experience of using CMS systems.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing platforms such as Klavio & Mailchimp.
· Experience within social media advertising.
· Experience of online PPC ads.
· Knowledge of Amazon and similar platforms.
· Proficiency of using Adobe software or alternatives.
· Proficiency of using Excel.

4 ½ day working week (1pm finish on a Friday)
