The focus of your role:
Content creation of life and style features across the portfolio of Bauer’s Real Life, Mass and Celeb brands, working within the editorial vision and strategy for each brand. Working within Monday.com and WW assets to create a whole feature package, including words, pictures and other assets required from agency copy and reader submitted copy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation – to use Monday.com and WW assets, to create a whole feature package, including words, pictures and other assets required
- To deliver planned content that can be used across multiple brands, on time and to the correct quality standards
- To prep and style fashion shoots and celebrity shoots in collaboration with various brand teams
- To horizon scan for trends and ideas and reviews competition, making recommendations to the Content Editor
- To attend launches and liase with prs in the industry to represent the brands
- May be required to provide cover for the Head of Content and Content Editor during holidays and periods of absence
- To act as a role model for Content Creators, fostering high performance and driving continuous improvement, by sharing their knowledge and experience in ideation, storytelling, and content creation, and offering guidance and support where appropriate
What you'll bring:
- Able to plan and prioritise their work to meet deadlines, with minimal supervision
- A confident, passionate, and authoritative content creator who can demonstrate skills in writing compelling, quality content that can be shared across multiple brands and platforms, and requires minimal editing
- Creative thinkers – able to operate across brands.
- Have the potential to become multi-channel journalists - able to create content for any platform where appropriate (print, digital, video, app, membership services in future) – Training will be provided
- To gain operational understanding of Monday and WW Assets through training
- An eye for imagery and design
- Great planners - efficient, diary-driven and organised
- Professional pride – a desire to hit the correct quality threshold for each title/channel
