Senior Care Assistant
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality care and support to seniors in a residential care home setting. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to supervise and lead a team, and a compassionate approach to senior care. **Duties:** - Communicate effectively with seniors, their families, and healthcare professionals - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Drive the delivery of exceptional care services - Supervise and support junior care staff - Provide leadership in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for seniors - Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting in senior care **Experience:** - Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is preferred - Familiarity with care home operations and regulations - Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team - Compassionate and patient approach to caring for seniors This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive team environment.
