Senior Baker
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Senior Baker to join our team in creating delicious baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong culinary background.
*Responsibilities*
- Oversee the baking process from preparation to presentation
- Create and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Train and supervise junior bakers
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in baking
- Excellent time management skills
- Qualifications in culinary arts or bakery/pastry training is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
