A rare and exciting role has become available within our Recruitment Team. You will be working closely with the Recruitment Officers and Coordinators to successfully recruit across our three sites.
This role is fast paced, and you will utilise your excellent customer service skills to communicate daily and efficiently – both verbally and in writing with our candidates.
The post holder will have responsibility for the management and performance of the recruitment functions of the Trust, including day to day line management and ensuring the team provide an efficient and effective service to all managers, staff and prospective employees.
The role will be responsible for its own area of recruitment, as well as taking a lead on specialist recruitment campaigns.
The post holder with lead the development of the recruitment service to ensure it is efficient and cost effective with a positive impact on service delivery. It will promote a culture of customer focus and excellent service helping to establish a positive impression to candidates, potential employees, managers,
colleagues and the general public.
The post will provide support to the team in identifying overall priorities from conflicting demands and allocating work accordingly
