Senior Recruitment Specialist

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. Your expertise in relationship management and lead generation will be crucial in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or Salesforce.
*Responsibilities*
- oversee the applicants visas / tax/ right to work , certification , travel and accommodation. Knowledge of this process is essential so ideally in depth knowledge of this aspect is required.
- ability to travel to our Uk and European Clients.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with organisational culture and values.
- Leverage HRIS systems for efficient tracking of applicants and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job advertisements that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems; experience with ATS such as Taleo, voyager, Workday, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates proactively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
