Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they have a positive and supported learning experience?
We are excited to offer this challenging opportunity for a dedicated PASC to join our team.
You will:

Provide assistance to students with learning difficulties and disabilities in various settings. This includes providing support during in-class sessions, outside-class activities, off-campus experience and personal care.
Be responsible for specific students additional learning support in line with their EHCP and provide feedback to the PASC team leader.
Compete administrative tasks, such as updating the learner’s ‘Support Plan,’ ‘Action Plan,’ and tracker. To document evidence related to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP) outcomes, and take notes for records.

Essential criteria:

Level 2 English and Maths
Level 3 Qualification
Working or personal experience of supporting young people or adults with mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or disabilities in all aspects of daily life including personal care.

Working Pattern
Monday 9am – 2pm
Tuesday 8.45am – 5.15pm
Wednesday 8.45am – 5.15pm
Thursday 9am – 2pm
