As a Support Worker at LDC Care Co no two days are the same. You will be supporting our service users with their range of hobbies and interests which range from going on holidays, pamper days, going to events, the cinema, theme parks to spending the day browsing the shops.
As a Support Worker with LDC Care Co, you will be trained to provide high-quality care via our comprehensive two-week induction programme at Head Office, but your learning does not stop there. LDC Care Co is committed to lifelong learning and has its own LDC Academy and provided with opportunities to develop your career in social care.

About You

You will have experience working within care settings and supporting adults with similar needs.
You may already hold formal qualifications in the care sector and want to now progress your career.
The main thing we need to see from you is that you are a kind and caring individual, with strong ethical values which demonstrate an ability to support someone through the good times and the bad. Working in care can be tough, but the reward is huge.

The Company is family run and has been in operation for the last 25 years employing approx.. 430 staff and growing in East Kent providing specialist care in more than 60 residential homes and supported living settings.
