Support Worker
*Job Overview* We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The role involves offering support, guidance, and practical help to those requiring assistance. *Responsibilities* - Communicate effectively with individuals requiring support - Assist with childcare duties as needed - Provide IT support where necessary - Implement care plans and ensure they are followed accurately - Utilise experience working with children to provide appropriate care - Drive individuals to appointments or activities when required *Experience* - Previous experience in a support role is desirable - Familiarity with childcare practices is advantageous - Proficiency in IT skills is beneficial - Ability to create and implement care plans effectively - Experience working with children is preferred - A valid driving licence is essential
