Office Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, a solid understanding of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Gather information from a variety of sources and perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and other data entry packages
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilise Microsoft Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in managing financial records , including invoicing and expense tracking.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administration role (experience within a construction related environment is desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Suite
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
