As part of our Housing Managed Contract team, you’ll work with customers living in supported accommodation. You’ll provide on-site assurance and support, to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting customers towards accessing and maintaining independent accommodation.
• Managing scheme sites in the evening and overnight.
• Finding solutions to issues with customers and managing any challenging behaviours.
• Helping the team meet void turn-around timescale targets.
• Complying with health and safety requirements.
• Helping to organise sessions and activities for customers.
• Carrying out light domestic duties, building checks, and welfare checks.

What we’re looking for:
You don’t need specific previous experience to be great in this role, what’s more important is having the right attitude. The kind of skills we look for are:

• Self-confidence
• Empathy and resilience – sometimes you’ll deal with challenging situations
• Customer service and communications skills
• Ideally have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
