As part of our Housing Managed Contract team, you’ll work with customers living in supported accommodation. You’ll provide on-site assurance and support, to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customers towards accessing and maintaining independent accommodation.
Managing scheme sites in the evening and overnight.
Finding solutions to issues with customers and managing any challenging behaviours.
Helping the team meet void turn-around timescale targets.
Complying with health and safety requirements.
Helping to organise sessions and activities for customers.
Carrying out light domestic duties, building checks, and welfare checks.
What we’re looking for: You don’t need specific previous experience to be great in this role, what’s more important is having the right attitude. The kind of skills we look for are:
Self-confidence
Empathy and resilience – sometimes you’ll deal with challenging situations
Customer service and communications skills
Ideally have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
