Reporting to the Manager & Care Coordinator, the Care Assistant is responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents and meets the code of conduct and meets the company procedures, where the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of person centered care, clinical care and dementia care. While acting in accordance with the organizational values at all times, you are also encouraged to actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation, related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences. About you No previous work experience in care is necessary as full training will be provided.. You must genuinely be a caring individual who wishes to help others and put them first. You will have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. You must be organized, numerate and accurate, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. The position is permanent, The position is to work two nights 8pm to 8am on a Rota basis. The sucessfull candidate must be avaialble to work a variety of days, 7 days a week on a rota basis You are comfortable working alone & within a team. You are confident in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner, adhering to GDPR at all times.
