Carnbrooke is a family-owned business, working from our facility in Lisburn. We are a Food Service supplier to over 300 hotels and restaurants throughout NI as well as running two busy Food halls. We are now in the position to advertise for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing assistant to help us continue to grow awareness of our brand. ** Working pattern to be discussed at interview. The Role As the marketing assistant you will have the opportunity to develop creative and engaging content. You will work across a range of print and digital campaigns to increase awareness of the Carnbrooke brand to our target audience. You will work with the sales and operations time to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, aligning with the company’s business goals and brand identity to increase market presence (Product sampling, Point of sale materials, events etc)
Product promotion
Develop Monthly content calendars for Print and Digital
Create engaging social media content to drive consumer engagement
Management of Website and Social media content
Track marketing performance and report on return on investment
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a Marketing role
Experience in a FMCG environment
Strong desire and ambition to work within the food sector
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas
