We need you to help us meet our aim to provide everyone with access to good quality, affordable decent housing by: Fulfilling a general supervisory role across the Council’s Housing Service. Monitoring the delivery and sustainability of specific areas of service as required. Contributing to the preparation, implementation and review of housing policy as a key part of Housing Services We want to improve the quality of life of people across Fife and we work with many different organisations, including tenants’ groups, to try to make that happen. As a Lead Officer, you will supervise work that delivers on improved services. Promoting effective partnerships, working across the Service and with partner services and organisations, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to quality service delivery The Person This post will require a basic Disclosure The job requires a breadth and depth of knowledge including both specialist and organisational knowledge and relevant theory. This knowledge is normally acquired through education, professional or vocational qualification, on or off-the-job training and relevant work experience. The minimum qualifications required would be educated to SCQF Level 8 which includes HND or SVQ level 4 or equivalent in Housing or relevant recognised professional qualification.
