Inbound Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,943.00-£26,933.00 per year
