Trainee Call Centre Assistant
We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting products or services to customers.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or sales leads
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,468.00-£24,991.00 per year
