Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, providing excellent service to our guests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Duties:-
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Duties:-
- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensuring all rooms are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with amenities
- Coordinating with housekeeping staff to schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Managing bookings, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
- Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout their stay
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Job Type: Full-time
