Head of Procurement

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Procurement will lead the procurement function, ensuring that the organisation acquires high-quality goods and services at the best possible prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, optimising supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Required Criteria
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics

  • Industry-Specific Experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and category management
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in using procurement software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of global sourcing and supply market dynamics
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role OR
  • Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certifications are preferred
