This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, optimising supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Analytical skills with proficiency in using procurement software and data analysis tools
Knowledge of global sourcing and supply market dynamics
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR
Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role OR
Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certifications are preferred
