We are looking for an engaging and driven Head Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION.

The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers. The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 speciality punches – including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch and listen to a curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.
As Head Bartender you will:

• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
• Be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
• Be expected to enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs

Our most successful Head Bartender has:

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent service skills
• The ability to create a memorable experience for our guests
• Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
