We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety standards.
As our Head Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, stock management, creation & serving of an array of drinks. But first and foremost ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
Your ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties include;
Create, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic maths principles for tabulation.
Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service protocols. Qualifications;
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink recipes.
A friendly, approachable demeanour with outstanding communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
