Our Front Of House Team Members are the face of our business, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Full training on understanding Nigerian cuisine will be provided. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Lead the catering business.
Answer phone calls and take orders.
Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Influence menu changes and specials.
Be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu items and ingredients.
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable but not essential
Have interest in owning own business in the future
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be organised and proactive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Knowledge or familiarity with West African food and ingredients is a bonus but training will be provided
