Safari are currently looking for part-time front of house staff for mainly weekend shifts and holiday cover at our multi-award winning restaurant based in Banbridge.

• Candidates MUST have a minimum of 6 months verifiable experience in a very fast paced cafe or restaurant.

Applicants need to love customers & have a bubbly friendly outgoing manner.
We need staff who can advise guests of our menu items such as daily specials, GF products etc, advise guests of allergens and intolerance's, promote new menu items and above all and make our guests experience at Safari a memorable one.
We need staff who are team players and want to become part of the Safari family.
Applicants ideally should have experience in coffee making such as Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, etc, be confident making thickshakes and specialty coffee's at speed. If not we can arrange training.
Bar experience would also be an advantage.
All candidates MUST have at least six months experience in a very fast paced high pressure restaurant environment.
Wages negotiable for the right candidates with the required experience, we reward our staff well but in return we want the very best.
Applicants MUST have a fully checkable work history and two verifiable previous employer references.
Applicants MUST hold a level two basic hygiene certificate and be MUST allergen trained within 30 days of commencement of employment which we will pay for subject to your continuing employment at Safari.

Applicants must be flexible as as our opening hours are 8.30 - 4pm Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 8pm Thursday's, Friday's & Saturday's 9am to 9pm (Occasional Friday & Saturdays may extend until 1am depending on private parties and events)
