Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
Support catering events as required, assisting in set-up and breakdown processes.
Perform bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks according to recipes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
A proactive approach to helping others and providing excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £7.87-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
