We have a mixed staff team of social workers and family support practitioners. Staff provide services from our Omagh and Enniskillen bases. Services are delivered on an outreach basis to communities and individual family homes, including evenings and weekends providing support when most needed.

The Service is funded by the Western Health and Social Care Trust and is required to support children young people and their families at an early intervention level.

We also work closely with a number of partner agencies including the Western Trust Gateway teams as well as schools, paediatrics and health visitors.

Based in one of our offices in Omagh or Enniskillen you will work as part of a Team and on your own initiative to support children, young people and their families to deal with any difficulties and work together at an early stage to explore solutions and prevent long term problems.
